Effective June 15, 2026.

Mundifex provides creative worldbuilding tools on an as-available basis. You retain ownership of content you submit and output you create, subject to any licenses attached to third-party source material. You grant Mundifex permission to process and store your content only as needed to operate the service.

Do not use the service to violate law, infringe another person's rights, disrupt the platform, evade usage limits, probe private systems, or automate abusive traffic. Accounts and jobs may be limited or suspended to protect users and infrastructure.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can change or cancel a plan from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access then returns to Free limits. Existing data above a lower plan's limits may become read-only or require deletion before new items can be created.

Except where required by law, subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period begins. Duplicate charges, billing errors, or service failures will be reviewed individually when reported to support.

Generated material and procedural worlds are supplied without guarantees of accuracy, fitness, uniqueness, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mundifex and Hatchie Studio are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
